The highlight of the day was to visit Mitsui-Toshiba Pavilion which everyone recommended. At the pavilion, they show a movie called 'Space Child Adventure Grand Odyssey' which used a movie system called Futurecast where you have to scan your face with the machine upon entering the site. Why? Because they will convert you into one of the characters on board that Grand Odyssey spaceship. The story is set in the distant future. The children of the human race, who had gone to live in space, set off on an adventurous journey for Mother Earth, which they have never seen before. Through this grand and thrilling story, the pavilion claimed that we can understand the importance of the existence of our irreplaceable Earth.

Our family was quite excited to see if we would be appearing on screen. Result? Yeah... all 4 of us made it!! But please don't ask us which characters we played. Having to scan through the movie to find ourselves when the narration went in Japanese, do you expect us to understand what the heck was going on?? hee hee. =P I know only that Jill played some kind of a secretary of the ship captain. My dad was a controller. My mom was with other 3 people trying to fight over something. Me? I totally have no clue! But it was quite fun. The technology is just so amazing.

The show finished right in time for us to proceed to Global House/Mammoth Lab which we got the fast pass earlier. Toward the exit by NHK section, you have to punch a button in which you get either 'you win' or 'you fail' reply. If you get a 'you win', you will be escorted to take a special photo and get published as a front cover of a newspaper. I went out with my mom and sister, all of us got a 'you fail'. Just then we saw our dad who made his way ahead of us waiting with number in his hand. Yes! He got a 'you win'. So we all went to have our mini photo-session. So lucky!! We jokingly said that we will frame the paper and hang it up at our house. =)

We finished our journet at Global Common 6 again. Had dinner at Thailand Pavilion before heading out to our hotel.

Our second day journey at the Expo will be continued....
